Add an option to avoid game

Listing any campaigns under AvoidCampaign seems to not be doing anything at the moment.
I have both Albion Online and SMITE 2 in there, but they're being mined regardless, not sure which update introduced this bug as I updated from 1.2.4.

Hello, AvoidCampaign is not the game name but the campaign name.

If that's the case, why has adding the game name worked previously, also update 1.2.3 was literally fix(AvoidCampaign) : use game name instead of campaign name.

If it is intentionally only the campaign name now, then I'd like to ask why and what use is that? Campaign names change every time a game has a new campaign, for example campaign week 1 vs campaign week 2 if a game has weekly rewards. Which makes this option effectively useless.

For some reason you reverted this feature in 1.2.5, leaving it commented out.

Yes, originally it was used for the campaign name. Then someone opened an issue about it, and I forgot what it was originally meant for, so I changed it to display the game name. After a while, I remembered its original purpose, so I reverted the change. I'll add an option later to ignore the game instead

At the same time, I'm working on setting up a more robust CI pipeline. From now on, every small update will automatically generate a new development build for testing.

Just tested it, the setting works exactly as expected so far! A game's campaigns are indeed ignored when added to AvoidGames.

However, AvoidGames isn't automatically appended to the existing config file so I had to get it to re-generate (I only use the docker image to run the miner and not the console/windows versions, which may or may not be related to this issue but probably not).

And good call on making CI easier, I usually have actions make a build on every master commit, or just a manually started one.
