Update mirror.verinomi.com: add rsync address, fix sync frequency

Changes

• Add rsync:// address for the mirror
• Update sync frequency from 1h to 3h (matches the actual cron schedule)
• Add geolocation block (Denizli, TR)
• Fix sponsor name to the full registered company name
• Update contact email to the published corporate address

• Sync schedule: 0 */3 * * * (every 3 hours)
• rsync: 3.4.1 with xxhash support, from the AlmaLinux backports repo

Are you able to keep the sync frequency at 3 hours or less instead of going to 6h?

@jonathanspw Yes — done. The mirror now syncs every 3 hours (0 */3 * * *), and I've updated the config to update_frequency: 3h to match.

While I was at it I also:

• upgraded rsync to 3.4.1 with xxhash support from the AlmaLinux backports repo, as the wiki recommends
• added an AAAA record, so the mirror is now reachable over IPv6 as well
• added the geolocation block and corrected the sponsor name and contact address
