Currently a draft as I cannot yet account for Chapter 3 and Chapter 4, with those replacement items not having been decided on yet. Removes/adjusts all quests that use Eternal Starlight items, as well as the Eternal Starlight chapter, and all images associated with ES.
I felt like keeping this separate from my big pile that is #3700
Let me know if I missed anything, besides the chapter 3/4 stuff.
