Related to Aliucord#1243 Add support for signing in with passkeys/webauthn by creating a new plugin. * **README.md**: Add a section mentioning the new plugin for passkeys/webauthn, provide a brief description of the plugin's functionality, and include a link to the repository where the plugin can be found. * **plugin_request.yml**: Add a new field for passkeys/webauthn support in the plugin request template and update the description to mention the new field. * **passkeys_plugin/README.md**: Provide a detailed description of the passkeys/webauthn plugin, including installation and usage instructions. * **passkeys_plugin/plugin.json**: Define the plugin metadata, including name, version, description, and required permissions. * **passkeys_plugin/src/main/java/com/aliucord/plugins/PasskeysPlugin.java**: Implement the main plugin class, including methods for initializing and handling passkeys/webauthn, and add event listeners for passkey-related events. * **passkeys_plugin/src/main/res/layout/plugin_passkeys.xml**: Define the layout for the plugin's user interface, including input fields for passkey registration and authentication.
