docs: correct installation instructions shipped in Python package metadata #101
Description
The client/server package READMEs and install-python guides still describe 0.3.1a2 as an unpublished candidate, despite subsequent fixes. These READMEs become PyPI long descriptions and can direct a new user to install old code.
Acceptance: use accurate installation instructions without stale candidate/pending-publication prose; preserve alpha opt-in and matching client/server dependency; provide a concise bilingual guide using the tested published pair and an optional immutable source recipe. Inspect both built wheels and sdists for the corrected metadata. The a4 publication run was stopped before its upload job started; preserve its tag, use a new a5 package version, and verify actual public installation before closing this Issue. No runtime redesign. Completed by #100, #102 and merged release-evidence #103. The matching public pair is 0.3.1a5: a4 upload was stopped before publication to fix its packaged README; its tag remains unchanged. This supersedes the original a4 publication target without replacing a published version.
Public release workflow attempt 2 passed: https://github.com/Alibaba-Agent-Sandbox/python-sdk/actions/runs/40114135163 . All four public artifact hashes, corrected descriptions, fresh no-cache installation, automatic exact server dependency, pip check and standard/provider/server imports passed. Initial post-upload index propagation failure is preserved.
