The repository contains the source files for the software package for planning the mode of operation of the HPP. This complex is developed in Python using the PyQt5 library. Complex was developed as work for master's degree of the author for the Department of renewables of the "MPEI", Moscow, Russia in 2019, the Task of the complex - operation mode selection Votkinskaya HPP with the requirements of water users and applying result to the dispatcher schedules with the ability to upload the results to the MS Excel workbook.
