Adds Tempest to the Parallel Coding-Agent Runners section.
Tempest is a Tauri-based ADE (Agentic Development Environment) that runs CLI coding agents (Claude Code and others) with 64% fewer tokens via an embedded xterm.js terminal. It ships token intelligence, isolated DB branches per agent session, and multi-agent session management in a native desktop environment. Apache-2.0, public GitHub repo.
