Summary
Adds Orkas to the Open Orchestrators directory, including its project metadata, local logo, platform screenshot, official links, and Agent Analytics measurement loop.
Why it belongs
Orkas is an MIT-licensed, local-first multi-agent desktop application. Multi-agent orchestration is its primary product surface: a Commander decomposes goals and dispatches specialist agents in parallel or sequentially, with shared plans, scoped context, local storage, and per-agent memory and skills.
