Group concat so we don't need second query to get blockers. Add mock blocked task.

Related to #80
Updated the task query to use a left join for blockers.
Since we just have a string for the blocker and not ids etc, i just added as a title attribute for now.
I was unable to make a real block happen, so I have just added an additional mock task that has blocked data for testing.
