Purpose: turn AGI = NOT_ESTABLISHED into a falsifiable multi-axis evaluation program without creating an AGI_PROVEN runtime status from self-authored tests.

Required axes:

• novel abstraction / transfer;
• cross-domain generality;
• tool/environment agency;
• long-horizon reliability;
• safe adaptation;
• metacognitive calibration.

Anti-gaming contract preregisters hidden-case commitments, deterministic checker commitments, budgets, task/trial cardinality, constituent baselines, contamination declarations, fixed thresholds and fail-closed safety/hidden-answer handling.

Implemented boundaries include process-local deterministic checker issuance, exact evaluated-system runtime binding, and paired strongest-constituent baseline attribution. PREREGISTERED_THRESHOLD_MET is capability evidence only. A separate collective_contribution_established flag may become true only when baseline evidence is present and system-minus-baseline score is strictly positive on every required axis without safety or hidden-answer invalidation.

The current baseline delta is a deterministic paired descriptive attribution measure, not a confidence interval, significance test, causal identification result, or proof of AGI. Statistical uncertainty requires preregistered repeated real benchmark trials; it is not fabricated from unit fixtures.
