Add CI workflow to auto-compile litcoffee files

Adds GitHub Actions workflow to automatically compile dh-converter.litcoffee when code is pushed to the repository.

Changes

• .github/workflows/compile-litcoffee.yml: New workflow that:
  • Installs CoffeeScript and compiles dh-converter.litcoffee on every push/PR
  • Auto-commits compiled output on push events to main/master
  • Fails PRs if compiled file is stale (prevents manual compilation drift)
  • Sets contents: write permission (CodeQL validated)

Behavior

Push to main/master: Compiles → commits → pushes if dh-converter.js changed

Pull request: Compiles → validates → fails if out of sync

This ensures compiled JavaScript stays synchronized with the literate source without manual intervention.
