Sseems to be already done by the "Set up Go" step.
+ get rid of the "defaults" dependency
+ easy upgrade using `make upgrade-deps`
vs middleware functions themselves
+ pagination + run and build env as dependencies + test app (context for tests)
no need yet for extra test framework
+ smoke tests for HTTP server
