Removing "deprecated" flag for aliquot CPT0086360009

* Based on CCRCC AWG discussion, include both samples (CPT0086360009 and CPT0086350006) for case C3L-00908.
* Corresponding modification at GDC:
    An existing annotation on aliquot CPT0086350006 has been updated
    from: Replacement DNA Distribution - original aliquot failed
    to: Additional DNA Distribution – Additional aliquot
