Updating Catalog file based on discover.20201109 batch

* This update includes significant changes associated with heterogeneity studies
  * For data identified as "heterogeneity study" in GDC annotation, a suffix encoding
    aliquot name is added to sample name and to sample_metadata field
  * See README.md for details about changes
