Adding results of discovery 20220415

* There were a few errors / missing data
  * C3L-06368 has error associated with two different specimen types for one aliquot, GDC investigating
  * C3L-00881 and C3L-00928 had (presumably transient) issues with discovery
* Work dir: /diskmnt/Projects/cptac_scratch/CPTAC3.workflow/discover/discover.20220415-cptac3_catalog3/dat
