Adding CPTAC3 AML Somatic CNV cases

* Six cases were found to have "excess zero" condition, which suggests corrupt data (suspected WES / WGS swap)
  These cases are,
    C3L-01295
    C3L-01696
    C3L-02132
    C3L-03308
    C3L-03491
    C3L-03497
  and these are excluded from this upload
