Description
This PR addresses issue #601 by introducing a comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) test suite using Supertest for the Express API. It verifies the full request lifecycle through the middleware layer, input validation, core logic, and response formatting.
To ensure tests can run quickly and reliably in CI without requiring an active Postgres container, the test suite leverages an in-memory mock for the Prisma client, aligning with the existing integration test strategies used in the repository.
Acceptance Criteria Covered

This adds critical protection against integration bugs that unit tests and isolated module tests might miss, specifically safeguarding middleware ordering, authentication header processing, and global error handler behavior.
