Create a status filter above the tasktable component.

Description:
This PR adds a status filter above the tasktable component in the tasktable.jsx file. The status filter allows users to filter out tasks based on their status, such as "ready to deploy" or "in progress". The filter is implemented using tailwind CSS, with gray borders and the title "Status Filter".

Acceptance Criteria:

• The status filter is displayed above the tasktable component.
• The filter options include "ready to deploy", "in progress", and any other relevant status options.
• The filter is styled with gray borders and the title "Status Filter".
• The changes have been tested in a production environment and are ready for deployment.
