Description
Added a static relative attitude between the two spacecraft as an MRP, which defaults to identity. The attitude constraint violation now uses this relative attitude instead of assuming the two spacecraft have the same orientation.
Verification
Tests still pass due to the default behavior of setting the relative attitude to identity.
