Movecraft-Repair 1.0.0 Beta 1

This is the first beta release of Movecraft-Repair 1.0, accompanying the rollout of Movecraft 8 to the Airship Pirates production servers. This update brings a major rewrite to every line of code in the plugin, built from the ground up for the post-flattening world. For those upgrading from an alpha release it is recommended to regenerate your configuration files. A tool to update repair states from Movecraft-Repair 0.3.0 is in progress but not completed. This beta release is Minecraft version agnostic, and should run on any version Movecraft 8 works with.
