Add App Icon and Splash Screen Assets

Description:
app.json still references the default Expo icon and splash screen. ClipCash has its own logo (the play-button icon visible in screenshots). The icon and splash screen assets need to be updated.

Acceptance Criteria:

• assets/images/icon.png is replaced with the ClipCash logo (1024×1024 px)
• assets/images/splash-icon.png is updated to match
• app.json splash.backgroundColor is set to #000000
• Android adaptive icon foreground/background assets are updated
• App launches showing the correct branding on both iOS and Android
