This document works locally but fails on anot8.org with InvalidPDFException {message: "Invalid PDF structure.", name: "InvalidPDFException"}.

Maybe there's something wrong with your argument format, refer to http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/examples/ 。
The PDF.js can accept any decoded base64 data as an array.
