The properties of the 3inch R14374 PMT have been implemented in RATPAC.
• The files changed were:
i) data/PMT.ratdb (the dynodes material remained the same)
ii) data/PMTTRANSIT.ratdb : the transit time tables were added
iii) data/PMTCHARGE.ratdb: the charge tables were copied from r7081pe
iv) data/OPTICS.ratdb: the QE for the photocathode was added but RINDEX,
KINDEX & THICKNESS were copied from: photocathode_R7081HQE
v) data/MATERIALS.ratdb: I copied all values from the other photocathodes
