When enabling HTML support math support is automatically added. In my use case i want HTML support which contains pricing so text like "$1,000" gets interpreted by katex and the output gets completely hosed.
This PR allows math to be enabled by default, but adds an option
allow_mathto disable it while keeping HTML formatting.This PR also adds support for custom user avatars.
