I think these are ported from access-hive-docs?

Could you link to the original issue or change in the first post please?

These changes are common to all documentation websites.

Could you link to the original issue or change in the first post please?

This is not related to link-checker failing and there is no original issue related. This is mainly to setup the RTD build.
I am thinking now that since this documentation website will not be advertised much until the CM3 alpha/beta release, we
could remove the GitHub pages infrastructure and only leave the RTD one (added in this PR). I am going to do this.

Are you proposing to merge with the check-links failing ?

The link checker addition is practically separate from RTD setup (but RTD is needed by the link-checker), so I am going to separate the PRs as I did for access-om3-configs.

This PR has been superseded by PRs #10 and #12
