Rapture v0.4.5 - ELTAS cleanup

NOTE - FROM THE FUTURE! This version will work on new CrossCode versions that don't have the obfuscation. It turns out my automatic deobfuscated-CrossCode-detection mechanism worked correctly.

Fixes ELTAS stuff, some highres adjustments, just generally get anything that was broken to what seems to be a working state

Recommendation: Go praise the CrossCode devs!
They seem to have laser precision in regards to any non-cheat things I could do with modding.
...Frankly it's a matter of time until they pull out a beta HighRes option, I tell you...
