Given this info I think its probably best to match Rsc?

Another example in 2004:
You feed them RAW fish, Not Cooked.

Not sure on this one. I feel like maybe they updated it in late 2005 with Ratcatchers / Icthlarin's Little Helper to expand on the fish you could feed it? It is odd that all the old RS2 sites state that at least some cooked fish don't count as opposed to RSC.

A player cannot feed it to their own pet kitten, nor can it be fed to Fluffs after the quest, as this simply gives the message Nothing interesting happens.

Interesting, tip.it says you can feed the seasoned fish to it

RS3 wiki also states this

Because this item cannot be fed to player-owned cats, cannot be fed to Fluffs after the quest, cannot be traded and cannot be reverted back to a raw sardine, it is considered a useless item after the quest and it is recommended that players do not make more.

It may very well be possible that the sites have simply copied the information from the classic side, but have not themselves been checked at all.
