Move and copy member doesn't trigger refresh

Steps To Reproduce

case 1 (copy):

1. Expand 2 PDSs (PDS/Es) in the dataset tree
2. Copy a member from one dataset to another via right-click

Actual result

The list of members in the dataset to which they are copying is not updated

Expected behavior

The list of datasets in the dataset to which they were copying occurs after copying to it

case 2 (move):

1. Expand 2 PDSs (PDS/Es) in the dataset tree
2. Drag a member from one dataset to another

Actual result

The list of members in the dataset to which they are copying is not updated, but it is updated to the one from which they were copied

Expected behavior

The list of members is updated in both datasets

case 3 (dataset to dataset)

1. Expand a PDS (PDS/Es) in the dataset tree
2. Copy a dataset to it

Actual result

The list of members in the dataset to which they are copying is not updated

Expected behavior

Update member list happening
