Approximate steps:
There was a list in JES Explorer that was open some time ago. Right-clicked on the filter, Refresh -> an error occurred
The list was updated
It seems that the error occurred as a result of trying to display/refresh a SYSOUT that is no longer in the system, but which was still displayed in the unrefreshed list
