bug(integrations): asked agent to fetch the data, couldnt get it

Description

Created an integration and. asked agent to fetch the data and it couldn't get the credential details.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to integrations tab after logging in
2. Add integration with any db and save it
3. Open a new chat and ask about DB info

Expected behavior

The agent should be able to pull up info from the db integration saved

Actual behavior

The agent is not able to rertrive info from the saved db integration
