Integrate Projects Hub 1.0 into CodeforKC website

Once production code for 1.0 is fully dynamic (all 1.0 issues has been resolved) add it to CodeforKC codebase -- this GitHub repo: https://github.com/codeforkansascity/codeforkansascity.github.io.

Both hub and codeforkc are based on Bootstrap framework. The hub has additional markup and CSS on top of Bootstrap (original bootstrap CSS has not been modified). The integration should not cause new issues (but probably will due to Murphy's law).
