Not allow phone number from other countries

Description: According to the UG, the main target user for this app is NUS students. Hence, it should allow the app to take in phone number from other countries as there are many exchange students in the school who may use non-Singpapore phone numbers

Steps to reproduce: add n/test1 t/@66666 p/+86 12312312312

Expected: The person be added to the app successfully

Actual: The app only allowed Singapore phone numbers

Hi!

Indeed, this is a conscious design decision. In NUS, most students use Telegram for messaging (or email if it’s more formal).

During our design process, we considered including the phone number since it is primarily used for services like PayLah and PayNow. These services require a Singaporean-registered number, and generally, Singaporean citizenship or PR status is necessary.
