Next 15

Description

Lyra is currently on Next 14. There is a new version Next 15. I expect less and less bugs to be fixed in 14 over time, and eventually, less and less security fixes will be available for Next 14.

I also expect compatibility with other tools to worse and worse over time. We use eslint-config-next from Next 14 and that is not compatible with eslint-plugin-react-hooks 5 which we also use, see vercel/next.js@300bfe5

I think this issue is Large because there's a lot to read and consider. The upgrade steps could potentially contain something expensive.
