Handle errors in Store.loadFromDisk

Description

An operator maintaining a Lyra instance should be able to discover that Store.loadFromDisk failed and why it failed.

On a40b646, all errors are caught and ignored.

I think this issue is Small because the solution doesn't have to be excellent, we can just log the error.
