Consider moving Sui E2E test packages from 'node' to this repository

There are two Sui E2E test packages in the [node repository](https://github.com/zeta-chain/node) under paths:

1. `e2e/contracts/sui/example`
2. `e2e/contracts/sui/protocol-contracts-sui-upgrade`

These packages can be managed together inside this [protocol-contracts-sui](https://github.com/zeta-chain/protocol-contracts-sui) repository.
