Currently this contract is just changing 1 event, otherwise it is the same as current GatewayEVM, so it is not testing any upgrade, and it is not useful.

My proposal is to keep old GatewayEVM (eg. from previous release) and upgrade to currently developed GatewayEVM in test, so every potential validation is caught with upgrade unit test.
