SPM is not working properly

When I try to use SPM, I got this error message.

Interesting, I haven't seen that before.
I mean, the file is there 🤔

@zenangst Indeed, I saw it too ^^.

I can't really explain why it doesn't works, even after a clean re-install of all the Xcode mess everyone knows now.

Ah, I have an idea. The tag 0.13.1 doesn't contain the Package.swift since apparently it was added on master.

You have to release a new tag/release. OR I have to point out master which is not super cool.
