Maintain a list of PubMed IDs (manually updated)
Write a script that fills the markdown file (for each paper) from the PubMed ID
Name the files after the YYYY_MM + DOI (the ID is the DOI)
Manually generate files for papers that don't have a PubMed ID
Annotate the pipeline to manage this (@Lisanna)

Extra:

The same script could be recycled to generate publications lists for the single lab members
