Github Action that connects to bunker

user story

As ZapStore lead dev, I would like to provide a method for app developers & maintainers to automate app signing on ZapStore by way of github, so that app devs do not have manually sign every time they update their app.

acceptance criteria

1. Github action is possible that signs usings app devs private keys, or equivalent (e.g. nsecbunker + auth token) etc.
2. There is a way to automate 1. and opt into auto signing
3. There is a way to opt out of automation

if using Github, integrate a Github action that takes either an nsec or connects to a bunker with an auth token (set and forget)
