Conflict with emacs.desktop

When auto-capitalize is active together with emacs.desktop (to save desktop configuration), at emacs start up I get the following message in the minibuffer console

It seems that just ignoring this message it is fine, but emacs start up is slower and it freezes after ~10 minutes of usage.
Just disabling or erasing the .emacs.desktop file or commenting out the auto-capitalize lines in the init file solved the issue.

I'm happy to help debugging but I'm not a "master of emacs"...
