How set env OXIDIZED_HOME? #3356

I can't figure out where to set this parameter so that when oxidizer is initially started, its files are created in the location specified in this variable. This is described very superficially here. Can this moment be described more fully? Thank you in advance

For Debian:
export OXIDIZED_HOME=/etc/oxidized
