I want to be a contributor

Hey guys, I would love to contribute to ydb. But the problem is I have no access to Yandex internal urls. When I look at an issue I always see some internal Yandex link related to the issue, it could be a log file or some metrics report, etc.

So my question is how can I find an issue I could fix still being an external contributor? Maybe there is a tag specifically for that purpose?
