[BUG] FAQ problem in the footer section

Description

As a user, I can click on FAQ in the footer section to be redirected to the FAQ page.
Actual result:
When I click on the FAQ option in the footer section, it is redirected to the hero section.
Expected result:
The users should be redirected to the FAQ page (https://leetcode-journal.vercel.app/FAQ) when they click on the FAQ option in the footer section.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Go to https://leetcode-journal.vercel.app/
2- Scroll down to see the footer section
3- In the footer section, click on FAQ option

@momo-shogun @parthratra11 This issue was opened few days ago, and there has been several changes implemented to the Footer section, currently it is very simple & empty.

We need a new Footer design one that is much better than this and not plane old.
