Enhance Learn More

As a user, I can click on "Learn more" to learn additional information about LeetCodeJournal.
Actual result:
When I click on "Learn More", nothing happens.
Expected result:
The users should be redirected to a section/page that provides additional information when they click on "Learn More". For example, Learn More can be directed to About Us or Documentation.

2- Click on "Learn More" in hero section of the website

@Hacker-smkg The learn more page is already there, but I don't like the design is fit for full stack type application, therefore it needs significant improvement and enhancement. Would you like to work on it ?
