[BUG] <"How it Works" goes to 404>

Description

As a user, I can click on the "How it Works" option in the navbar to be redirected to an introduction/onboarding page to understand how LeetCodeJournal works.
Actual result:
When I click on "How it Works", it goes to 404.
Expected result:
Users should be redirected to an introduction/onboarding page when the user clicks on "How it Works".

2- From navbar, click on "How it Works"
