The main Comment on PR workflow is not properly working and needs modification of adding labels, such as Under Review. And also for requesting changes from the author yashkaini-coder

Sorry i just checked, thats the code I wrote right? autoComment.yaml, and I got conflicts, unable to merge, etc.. etc.... I just checked lol, I thought its another documentation help, unassign me, thank you
