Add progress bar and designated status for preparing datasets step in simulation card for Geant 4

Currently when starting Geant4 simulation with predownloaded datasetets, when worker is loading datasets from cache, simulation card displays PENDING state. We should display at least separate status chip and add some progress bar at the empty place.
