[Geant4] Add propper progress bar for simulation card when loading FULL Datasets

Currently when we start simulation with FULL datasets, at the beggining, when loading cached datasets, there is no progress bar in simulation card. It would be nice if the simulation card displayed separate state with progress bar for this case.
