This pull request includes several updates to the Node.js version across different files and configurations. The most important changes include updating the Node.js version in the GitHub workflows, Dockerfile, and package.json.

Updates to Node.js version:

• .github/workflows/manual_test.yml: Added Node.js version 22.x to the matrix strategy.
• .github/workflows/node.js.yml: Updated Node.js version to 22.x in the matrix strategy.
