Cannot "open file" a display with the runner, only with the editor

With Yamcs Studio v1.0.2, when we click "file" - "open" and open a display, the display is always opened with the "display editor" and there is no way to open it with the "display runner".

Even when only the Yamcs Studio "display runner" window is open, the "file" - "open" menu handler still opens the display with the "display editor", which means the user is unable to use the display to visualize telemetry.

Expected result: Yamcs Studio "display runner" opens displays that are selected through the "file" - "open" menu in the "display runner".

This issue does not occur when the "open" action is initiated through the "navigation" file explorer view on the left part of the window.
